Shipping instructions are provided below. Please ensure items arrive at the conference hotel between June 9 and June 13, 2022. Thank you.

ALL FIREARMS DONATIONS MUST BE HANDLED BY CERTIFICATE. POMA will connect the donor and winner after the event so the donor can ship directly to the winner’s FFL.

Certificates for item redemption can be emailed to POMA at any time.

POMA will use your donation in one of these ways:

1) At or through a POMA live event or program, such as the Annual Business Conference, or a virtual event
2) As an online POMA-member-only auction
3) As a Gunbroker auction item, for POMA members and the public

POMA conducts online auctions, silent auctions, raffles, and live auctions as permitted by law.

Shipping Instructions

1. Packages must arrive at the hotel between June 9 and June 13, 2022. POMA will have all boxes received sorted by manufacturer and/or event.
2. All shipments must be made using a track shipment option. POMA cannot track packages or be responsible for shipments. If you want POMA to have a backup copy of the tracking number, please enter the email address pomaship@gmail.com, when creating shipments.
3. POMA will sort boxes and open if necessary to determine contents for proper sorting — and will have boxes/product ready for CPs to pick up on-site.
4. Return shipping from the hotel is available. Boxes must be delivered to the designated POMA area packed, taped, and with a pre-paid return shipping label. A UPS and FedEx pickup will be made at the hotel on Monday after conference.

Labeling of Packages: Every shipment must include this line: Attn: POMA (and event name, i.e. Auction, Product Showcase, POMA Camps)
