A Colorado federal district court recently ruled that the U.S. Postal Service regulation barring firearms from U.S.P.S. property in Avon is a violation of the Second Amendment. Mountain States Legal Foundation argued the case, and MSLF attorney Jim Manley visits Sunday to discuss the outcome.
