RMEF Team Elk Season Five: New Adventures, Faces and Times

Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s award-winning show, RMEF Team Elk is back for Season five, and it promises to be a great one. Presented by Cabela’s, the new episodes highlight hunts for big bulls and conservation outings. Catch it on Outdoor Channel.

Season five of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s award-winning television show, RMEF Team Elk presented by Cabela’s, features new episodes in elk country highlighting hunts for big bulls and other conservation outings.

“Season five will be our best yet,” said Steve Decker, RMEF vice president of Marketing. “High-end cinematography, great storylines and adrenaline-filled hunts will spotlight the beauty of the backcountry as well as our mission to ensure the future of elk, other wildlife, their habitat and our hunting heritage.”

Beginning December 30, 2014, new episodes of RMEF Team Elk air every Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 1:00 a.m., Thursdays at 10:30 p.m. and Saturdays 11:00 p.m. (all times ET) on Outdoor Channel.

Hosted by Brandon Bates, season five also includes featured member Kristy Titus, public lands hunter Randy Newberg, country music artists Easton Corbin and Josh Thompson, rodeo legend Lewis Feild, RMEF members and youth hunters among others.

Highlighted episodes feature Fort Hood shooting victim Patrick Zeigler who finally realizes his dream of hunting elk after almost losing his life in the 2009 attack. Titus hosts Kirstie Ennis, a wounded warrior, on an elk hunt in California. She also accompanies Char Westbrook, who husband was killed in an attack that resulted in the Medal of Honor for another soldier. Newberg accompanies an RMEF life member dealing with health issues seeking to get just one bull in his lifetime.
