QDMA Announces Full Schedule for 2013 National Convention

The Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) is pleased to announce the full schedule of events for its 13th Annual National Convention to be held July 18-21 at The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia.

The Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) is pleased to announce the full schedule of events for its 13th Annual National Convention to be held July 18-21 at The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia.

QDMA will celebrate its 25th anniversary at the 2013 National Convention as the event returns to Athens, home of QDMA’s National Headquarters. Recognizing how critical the education component is to Convention, the family-friendly format will include traditional seminars plus many new events and activities.

New Convention features include:

  • Hunters Hall – where registered Convention attendees can converse one-on-one with QDMA sponsors and partners about the latest hunting and deer management products.
  • Field trips as well as workshops for small groups focused on hunting tips and strategies.
  • The opportunity for volunteers and members to meet by region to discuss regional issues and current regional news.
  • New ladies’ and kids’ events.
  • Rack Pack events (to be held in Hunters Hall) include: An archery range, a BB range, laser shot, rattle bag making, live wildlife and survival bracelet demonstration/class.
