Jan. 15, 2014, LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA) announced its 10th Anniversary Business Conference will be held in Springfield, Mo., in March 2015. The announcement was made at the 2014 Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show in Las Vegas.
“Heading back to Springfield, where POMA held its inaugural business conference, has been part of the planning discussions for years,” said Tammy Sapp, POMA president. “We’re pleased to confirm the decision to hold this important anniversary event in the location where we first met.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome POMA back to Springfield,” said Dana Maugans, director of sales for the CVB. “Springfield is the perfect location to host the outdoor industry’s most noted professional communicators. The four-day conference is slated for March 18-21, 2015. This year’s conference will be held in Knoxville, Tenn., March 19-22, 2014.
