POMA Testifies Before U.S. House of Representatives Hearing

Continuing its efforts on behalf of members and others seeking relief from overzealous government restrictions on journalists and those who need to photograph and/or filming on public lands as part of their businesses, POMA testified in writing to the House Committee on Natural Resources, Aug. 2, 2014. The Committee heard testimony on H.R. 2798, which sets forth a reasonable process for acquiring a permit to film on public lands and an annual fee to do so. The complete testimony is available for review. This is a critical bill to all POMA members and the outdoor industry.
