POMA announced to members in March 2021 that plans were in place to switch from our current Customer Relations Management System, Wild Apricot, to a new Member Management System (MMS), MemberClicks.
We’re happy to announce that the transition is now complete.
Some of you are already familiar with MemberClicks, as it’s where our #POMA2021 conference registration form is housed. If you haven’t already reset your password on MemberClicks, you’ll be required to do so before logging on to the POMA website to access member benefits like Money Line, Biz Tips, archived Insight Sessions and more.
Members will receive an email from the new system with password reset instructions. Or, you can visit our FAQ’s for step-by-step instructions to get up and running.
