I used to be completely overwhelmed by social media – to the point of tears. I would have what I like to call “Social Media Meltdown” Days. My phone would be blowing up, my email would be out of control, and I would want to hide. I would be posting to this site, then that site, it was never ending. Then I went viral in 2013– and complete chaos ensued. Something HAD to change, or else I was going to just fall over.
Since 2013 I’ve learned how to work with my social media accounts to make them more efficient & engaging, and way less overwhelming.
After the past few years of managing multiple social media accounts for many different types of clients (artists, orchards, fishing guides, non-profits, and animal shelters to name a few) and putting all of these ideas to work for myself, I’ve created a 4-week online class.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by promoting yourself online? Is it taking over your life? When you are self-employed and your business IS you, trying to manage your online presence can be a bit daunting.
- What is the best tool to use for promotion? There are too many to choose from. Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest…
- Do I need a blog? Or just a website?
- How much personal information do I want to share? How can I be authentic?
- How can I make the most impact online without spending all of my time on it?
- What free tools are out there to help me?
- How do I do this without spending 24/7 online?
- How do I balance creating with promoting?
We are solopreneurs. We have a limited amount of time to think, create, and basically make sure we have enough money to enjoy our lives. Let me show you how to be yourself online, use social media effectively, and not lose your mind in the process.
