NRA Announces 2016 Survival School Dates

nra_loThe NRA has recently annouced the dates for their NRA Outdoors Survival School. There will be dates in April, May, September and October of 2016. Sign up for this amazing opportunity today!

The National Rifle Association is proud to announce the 2016 dates for its NRA Outdoors Survival School. Sponsored by Sig Sauer, this unique two day and two night course is designed by the NRA for the everyday person who wants to acquire skills that are critical in most survival situations. Held at Peacemaker National Training Center in Gerrardstown, West Virginia, 60 miles west of Washington, D.C., the school’s hand-selected senior level US military special operations personal, wilderness plant experts, and top firearm instructors teach students a diverse curriculum of survival and wilderness skills mindset, emergency casualty care, water procurement and purification, fire building skills and techniques, shelter building, practical use of a firearm for food procurement and defensives purposes, scavenging and resourcefulness, and practical survival skill tests and scenarios.

The majority of instruction will take place outdoors in natural surroundings on and around the Peacemaker property.  Students will stay with the instructors and fellow students in provided tents for two nights and three days. Max class size per session is 16 students. All tents, food, eating utensils, and water will be provided.  Please inquire about family discounts.
