POMA Launches New Website

Johnstown, PA – The Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA) is excited to announce the launch of its brand new website. POMA partnered with the development team at Caledon Virtual, long-time friends of the organization with whom they’ve worked before.

The improved site has a fresh new look, easier navigation and integration with POMA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software – simplifying the way members access all POMA-related information. One integrated login puts everything right at their fingertips.

Additionally, the responsive design allows the same seamless experience on mobile devices. Members can access and update their profile information, search member directories, and more on computers and phones or tablets.

POMA is proud to feature member’s photos on the site as part of their goal to make it a more useful tool in promoting members and their work.

In addition to featuring member’s photos, several integrated components will enable more robust promotion of members, help them easily promote themselves and increase their visibility from the site. “Any opportunity that we have to spotlight our members and share their work or news is one that adds value to being a POMA member, and that helps us reach our goal of giving members the greatest return on investment from their membership,” said POMA Membership Director, Shelly Moore. “Much of the new website was designed specifically with the purpose of promoting our members in mind.”

A few of the new promotional features are:

  • Embedded POMA Facebook and Twitter feeds – in conjunction with sharing member news on social media, posts made to POMA’s Facebook and Twitter feeds are now seen right on the website’s homepage
  • Social sharing of member news – in just a few clicks, news can be shared across popular social media platforms
  • Featured members – randomly selected active POMA members are featured on website pages, increasing their visibility to both fellow members and the public

POMA’s website will continue to offer important organization and industry-related content that is accessible by both member and non-member visitors.
