The thrilling hunting action and award-winning camera work of Intrepid Outdoors has captured legions of fans on the NBC Sports Network for several years and now promises to attract even more viewers as the show expands to the popular Sportsman Channel.

Intrepid made the big move with the start of 2013 and can now be seen three times a week—Mondays at 6:30 p.m., Fridays at 3 p.m. and Saturdays at noon (all times EST). It will also continue to air on the NBC Sports Network with a new time slot of 2 p.m. on Thursdays.
Fans and sponsors will also be excited to know that the program will air the entire year, and unlike some programs that simply re-air programs from one network on another, Intrepid Outdoors is providing all original programming on the Sportsman Channel with 26 new episodes for 2013.

In fact, Intrepid Outdoors is the only program on television where viewers find an honest and informed view of how energy exploration and extraction can coexist with wildlife conservation and the environment. Intrepid’s America—Free and Independent is a unique segment on each episode that looks at how this balance is being achieved in many areas to create excellent outdoor opportunities, while reducing America’s independence on other nations for our vital energy supply.
