Pennsylvania’s Mentored Youth Hunting program holds the potential to introduce thousands of young hunters to the field sports.

The program thus far has been successful, however the Mentored Youth Program has drawn criticism and is facing possible change. Harold Daub a dedicated Pennsylvania Hunter Education Instructor discusses the various adjustment being proposed.
