Ned Smith as a self-trained artist and naturalist, and during his 46-year career created thousands of astonishingly accurate drawings and paintings of wildlife for books, magazines and other publications, as well as dozens of limited edition prints.

Scott Weidensaul was given unprecedentd access to nearly 50 years of Ned Smith’s previosly unpublished field jounals to compile “Gone For Another Day”. Listen in and learn how it was done.
