FASTER Training; Gun Values – This Week on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk

The idea of firearms training for educators has been around – and in practice – for years. One program created by the Buckeye Firearms Foundation called Faculty/Administrator Safety Training and Emergency Response, or FASTER, utilizes trainers from around the U.S. to teach the curriculum to educators who have applied and been accepted to the 3-day program. Chris Cerino, a familiar voice to the Gun Talk audience, teaches FASTER classes in Ohio. He talks with Tom this Sunday about the FASTER training, and what someone attending could expect to learn. Also on this week, knowing the value of your firearm is a valuable piece of information – for a possible sale, for insurance reasons, or just so you know you are getting a good deal when purchasing. Blue Book of Gun Values’ Steve Fjestad visits with Tom to promote the 39th Edition of the BBGV, which includes 2018 makes and models, and value trends on collectibles.
