Dall Sheep Quest (Part 1): One of the most watched outdoor adventure shows on telvevision, Eye of the Hunter, starts it’s sixth season on NBC Sports this Sunday, July 28 at 8pm EST.
Adventure filmmaker Tom Opre pairs up with sheep hunter Pete Brownell to pursue dall sheep in Alaska. Brownell’s quest has a history going back three generations in his family. Opre is attempting to become the first hunter to take all four species of North American sheep utlizing an Aimpoint red dot sight on his Ruger rifle.
In addition, Eye of the Hunter can be watched on Discovery Channel’s Destination America at 5:30AM Saturdays. NBC Sports is available on cable, DISH and DIRECTV in over 86 million TV house holds.
