Booth Media Group Hires Kristyn Brady as Copy Editor

Booth Media Group LLC., a female-owned, full-service marketing company specializing in editorial and magazine publishing in the outdoor and shooting markets, has hired Kristyn Brady as a copy editor.

Kristyn is a communications consultant and content strategist with more than 15 years of experience writing, editing and promoting stories about the outdoors. Previously, she served as the senior director of communications at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, where she oversaw daily content creation and multi-channel advocacy campaigns across a diverse portfolio of conservation policy initiatives.

From 2008 to 2015, Kristyn was part of the award-winning editorial staff at Field & Stream Magazine, where she contributed to each print issue while managing the brand’s news blog. She was the first female feature writer to be published in Field & Stream in nearly a decade, and her work on the Toyota-sponsored Heroes of Conservation Awards helped spotlight more than 100 conservation volunteers nationwide.

Through Kristyn Brady Communications LLC, she supports mission-driven brands with content strategy, project management, copywriting and editing. Kristyn also writes the biweekly Conservation Makers email newsletter for nonprofit communications and marketing professionals. She lives in rural Vermont with her husband Kurt and their son Ben.
