Shipping Instructions: All packages should be shipped to the University Park Plaza hotel.

1.   Packages must arrive at the hotel between March 11 and 13, 2015. POMA will have all boxes received sorted by manufacturer and or event.
2.    All shipments must be made using a track shipment option. POMA cannot track packages or be responsible for shipments. If you want POMA to have a backup copy of the tracking number, please enter the email address pomaship@gmail.com, when creating shipments.
3.    POMA will sort boxes and open if necessary to determine contents for proper sorting — and will have boxes/product ready for CPs to pick up on-site.
4.    Return shipping from the hotel is available. Boxes must be delivered to the designated POMA area packed, taped, and with a pre-paid return shipping label. A UPS and FedEx pickup will be made at the hotel on Monday after conference.

Labeling of Packages: Every shipment must include this line: Attn: POMA (and event name, i.e. Auction, Product Showcase, POMA Camps)

CP Meeting: At this time, the CP meeting is scheduled to be held immediately following lunch on Thursday, at approximately 1:15 p.m. Corporate Partners will simply stay in the ballroom when the meal is over, and media leave.

CP Event Spot/Station Assignments: We’ll email CP Event assignments about a week before conference. If changes need made to your assignment, please come to the CP Meeting, and we’ll work out adjustments.

Product Showcase: This is an indoor event at the University Park Plaza Convention Center (beside the hotel). You will be provided a table and two chairs. Set up begins right after the CP Meeting. The event runs from 4:15 – 6:30 p.m. Networking around the campfire event starts immediately afterward. Food will be served at the networking event.

POMA Camps/Shooting Day: Setup begins at 11 a.m. Event runs 1 – 4 p.m. This is being held at Ozark Shooters Sports Complex. Camp displays will be held in the large field area. There is no tenting. So, if you want cover, ship your pop-up tent or buy one before heading out to Ozark (at Walmart) – it’s much cheaper then renting one from a rental agency (about $225 for a 20×20 from an area provider). Because POMA Camps are about interactive skills challenges and product testing, tables and chairs are not provided. The range is uncovered. Stations are set up to shoot to 50, 100, and 200 yds. The archery area and the shotgun clays areas are not covered. So, again, if you want to bring a pop-up cover/tent, please do so.

There will be golf carts to take media to the different areas.

POMA Staff:  Staff leaves for conference on March 12, and we will have little access to email throughout conference. On-site, find staff at the POMA Conference Office, in the Tablerock room at the University Plaza Hotel.
