Each individual, corporate entity and corporate representative planning to attend POMA’s 10th Annual Business Conference must complete an individual registration form. The registration form automatically calculates fees based upon the pricing below.

NO ATTENDEES UNDER AGE 18 PERMITTED
Media Member or Media Member Guest
♦ Early Bird Full-Conference Fee $245 (Before January 1, 2015)
♦ Regular Full-Conference Fee $265 (January 1 – February 20, 2015)
♦ Late Full-Conference Fee $285 (February 21, 2015 on)
♦ On-site Media Member or Media Member Guest Day Passes $90 (Wed., Thurs., Fri.) – all sessions, events and meals for one day are included. Bring media organization membership card or other proof of media affiliation and drivers license. When you register, select pay by check. All day pass fees must be paid on-site at the registration desk.
Student Fees – COLLEGE STUDENTS
NO ATTENDEES UNDER AGE 18 PERMITTED
♦ Student registrants pay a $50 deposit – fee is refunded if student attends conference. Cancellations are not refundable.
Corporate Partner Member Company (fee includes 1st Representative)
♦ Early Bird Full-Conference Fee $525 (Before January 1, 2015)
♦ Regular Full-Conference Fee $545 (January 1 – February 20, 2015)
♦ Late Full-Conference Fee $565 (February 21, 2015 on)
Includes participation in all events, including product displays.
Corporate Partner Representatives 2 – 5
♦ Early Bird Full-Conference Fee $115 (Before January 1, 2015)
♦ Regular Full-Conference Fee $135 (January 1 – February 20, 2015)
♦ Late Full-Conference Fee $155 (February 21, 2015 on)
Includes participation in all events.
Media Guest – Media Association Member (SEOPA, AGLOW, FOWA, GOWA, LOWA, TOWA)
♦ Early Bird Full-Conference Fee $260 (Before January 1, 2015)
♦ Regular Full-Conference Fee $280 (January 1 – February 20, 2015)
♦ Late Full-Conference Fee $300 (February 21, 2015 on)
Non-Member Individual + Guests
♦ Early Bird Full-Conference Fee $285 (Before January 1, 2015)
♦ Regular Full-Conference Fee $305 (January 1 – February 20, 2015)
♦ Late Full-Conference Fee $325 (February 15, 2015 on)
♦ On-site Guest Day Passes $120 (Thurs., Fri. or Sat.) – all sessions, events and meals for one day are included. Bring proof of outdoor industry affiliation and drivers license. When you register, select pay by check. All day pass fees must be paid on-site at the registration desk.

♦ Late Full-Conference Fee $1,330 (January 1, 2015 on)
Includes participation in all events, including product displays, and one use of the POMA membership directory list – additional uses are charged at $300 per use.

Registration Refund Policy: Cancellations received by January 15, full refund. Cancellations by Feb. 1, 75-percent refund. Cancellations by Feb. 10, 50-percent refund. Cancellations after Feb. 10 or conference no shows, no refund.
